Andrew’s background across years at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield provided him broad insight to landlord-centric services (debt, investment sales, property management, leasing), as well as corporate accounts serving tenants. Having grown-up in Fairfax County and attended the University of Virginia, Andrew honed a focus on local, D.C.-based tenant representation.

Andrew’s fiduciary role and analytical focus are two characteristics on which he prides himself, and which clients have commented are differentiating features from other brokers. As Managing Partner, Andrew provides direction for the major facets of Clarefield’s operations; the role and responsibility has helped him relate to the roles and responsibilities his clients have as individuals, in their respective organizations.
