Tricia provides the guidance and coordination to help the client’s vision become a reality. Layered on top of delivery, she scrutinizes scope, materials, and price to ensure value is being derived from the Tenant Improvement Allowance.
Tricia’s decades of experience have included work for multi-national, publicly-traded brokerage firms, as well as independent advisory for projects. Her depth of experience ranges from base-building construction, to new interior build-outs, to minor renovations.
