In our quest to create your ideal real estate company, we strive to avoid any priorities that diminished your importance to us. That means we choose not to serve both landlords and tenants, as landlords provide such a disproportionately larger percentage of a traditional real estate company’s revenue that it would be difficult not to favor their interests. We always want to keep your interests as our primary, and only, focus. Just as other fiduciaries (such as attorneys) are careful to avoid conflicts-of-interest because it is universally acknowledged to have a negative impact on the vigor with which they approach advocacy on behalf of their clients, so to do we avoid any representation that would create a conflict with tenant representation. By focusing exclusively on tenant representation, we remain objective and single-minded in our pursuit of your best interests.
